Sometimes I'd like to ask God why He allows poverty, famine and injustice when He could do something about it. But I'm afraid God might ask me the same question.

Snow Day.

Snow Day!!  This was our family at 7:30 a.m. this morning! Don't you see the extra little spot, right there next to Mina?

My little Mama... a.k.a.  "Mama 2", she has never picked up a baby doll, can't stand it but she LOVES to be a Mama's helper.. Thank goodness for this kid..I so try not to take advantage, but her little face lights up if I LET her change a diaper... Nice

What a neat day, Collin and his buddy watching the Inaugural Speech and drinking hot chocolate after a game of football in the snow.

Warming up

Big "Props" to all you Mommy's who live in the North!!  I can't even imagine...  3 rounds of wet clothes, 3 rounds of Hot chocolate  all before 10:00 a.m.  .  What a mess, ohh but such fun, especially since we only do it once or twice a year.

I guess if you want to call that snow I'll let you. As for us Michiganders we are still sitting with a good foot or more of snow. Our kids LOVE to see the snow come down so that they can all go out and do their new favorite past time "snowmobiling". Mama's not so keen on the whole snowmobile thing since I flipped one on top of me last year but they sure do love it. Gabe's eyes just light up everytime Daddy says "lets go for a ride"!

oh, yes...I think we put two sets of mittens, two hats, 4 pairs of socks, two pairs of pants, four shirts and one jacket into the dryer before it was all over...but he SLEPT like a LOG last night! His favorite? Sledding with the "big garills" outside...

Awesome pictures! Having grown up in Maine and now living in FL. don't know how my mother did it (or me either for that matter when I lived up there and ran daycare!) I'll take it once a year and be quite happy!!:)
